SBSN Purchasing Offering Values Through Private Placements in Domestic Primary Market Redefined: Minimum of Rp. 10 million /USD 1 million Per Series

In a bid to develop the financial market, broaden the domestic investor base and adjust current legal developments relating to the organization of government Islamic securities (surat berharga syariah negara– “ SBSN ”), the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued an updated legal framework on the issuance and sale of SBSN through private placements in the domestic primary market through the issuance of Regulation No. 107 /PMK.08/2022 (“ Regulation 107/2022 ”).
