The Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2015 (“Second Amendment”), to amend Ministerial Regulation No. 01/PER/M.KOMINFO/01/2010 on Telecommunication Network Operations (“2010 Regulation”). Prior to the Second Amendment, the 2010 Regulation has previously been amended by Ministerial Regulation No. 38 of 2014 (“First Amendment”). [1]
