The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 51/M-DAG/PER/7/2015 on the Prohibition of Imported Secondhand Clothes (“Regulation”) in order to prevent the use of secondhand clothes that may cause health problems among the public. [1] To this end, the Regulation prohibits any party from importing secondhand clothes.
