On 19 May 2006 the Supreme Court (SC) handed down a decision in the ongoing matter between PT. Securicor Indonesia and the Labor Dispute Settlement Committee (P4P) in conjunction with 235 striking employees. The SC affirmed the lower court's decision and ordered that the employees be re-employed or paid the severance pay and other compensation owed to them.
