In 2007, the government issued Regulation No. 33 of 2007 (“ Regulation 33/2007 ”) on the Safety of Ionized Radiation (“ Safety ”) and the Security of Radioactive Substances (“ Security ”) which, as its title suggests, set forth various prerequisites and mandates that relate to the organization of Safety and Security (collectively referred to as “ Radiation Safeguard [KS1] s ”).
