Minister of Transportation has issued Regulation No. PM. 49 of 2012 on Service Standards for Scheduled Commerical Domestic Flights (“Regulation”), which implements Article 100 of Law No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation. The Regulation aims to improve the level ofservice provided to economy class passengers.
