In an effort to ensure greater legal certainty regarding the provision of services in relation to customs activities that involve imports of goods from Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries (“ ASEAN Members ”) and to accommodate amendments to the Operational Certification Procedures (OCP) of the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (“ ATIGA ”) and amendments to the Certificate of Origin (“ SKA Form D ”) framework, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 81/PMK.04/2022 on the Amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 131/PMK.04/2020 (“ Regulation 131/2020 ”) [1] on Procedures for the Imposition of Import-Duty Tariffs upon Imported Goods in Accordance with the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (“ Amendment ”).
