Severance Guarantee Program - Draft Regulation

In an attempt to ensure that employees are able to exercise their rights if and when they are terminated from their employment the Government is endeavoring to mandate a program where employers are required to set aside certain sums of money to cover these future costs. This in essence is an insurance program and will ultimately be managed by an accredited insurer, fund manager, or the Employee Social Security Corporation (PT. Jamsostek (Pesero)).
