The Visa on Arrival (VOA) system has been expanded with the addition of a further 13 countries to the list bringing the total number of countries that may enjoy this facility (see ILB 30/8/2005). The 13 countries are: Bahrain, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Iceland, Cambodia, Laos, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Monaco, Malta, Suriname, and Greece. The Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights,No. M.06-IZ.01.10, was issued on 6 June 2006.
