The Minister of Law and Human Rights recently issued Regulation No. M.HH-01.R.06 of 2011 (“2011 Regulation”) on the Third Amendment to Regulation No. M.HH-01.GR.01.06 of 2010 on Visa on Arrival (“2010 Regulation”). The pupose of the 2011 Regulation is to amend Article 8 on Visa on Arrival requirements in Special Economic Areas, to optimize tourism and short-term vists (up to 7 days).
