Following the enforcement of Regulation of the Government No. 17 of 2025 on the Governance and Organization of Electronic Systems in Relation to Child Protection (“ Regulation 17/2025 ”), [1] the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (“ Minister ”) has now decided to issue Regulation No. 9 of 2026 on the Implementing Regulation to Regulation 17/2025 (“ Regulation 9/2026 ”), which has been in force since 6 March 2026.
