Special Assignments and Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs: Another BUMN Omnibus Regulation Issued

The Minister (“ Minister ”) of State-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Negara– “ BUMN ”) has issued Regulation No. PER-1/MBU/03/2023 (“ Regulation 1/2023 ”) on Special BUMN Assignments and Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs (Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Dan Lingkungan– “ PTJSL ”) Organized by BUMN. [1] Regulation 1/2023 is one of three new Omnibus Regulations that specifically address Indonesia’s BUMN and has been in force since 26 March 2023.
