In a move to provide greater support to the development of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) the Minister of Law and Human Rights has issued a Regulation,No. M.06-IL.01.10, to stipulate these special facilities. These special facilities will require a functioning and integrated 'one-roof' system that will enable immigration officers to provide expedited permit services to investors and foreign labor.
