Protecting the general public during the use of natural material drugs (i.e.jamu, standardized herbal drugs, phytopharmaca and other natural material drugs) [1] and quasi-drugs, as well as from the dangers associated with any counterfeit or inappropriate health supplements and supplements associated with unreasonable claims (collectively referred to as “ Products ”) is one of the roles that is the responsibility of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan –“ BPOM ”). In this regard, in order to prevent members of the general public from consuming Products that may ultimately lead to health problems, [2] BPOM has issued Regulation No. 10 of 2024 on the Labeling of Products (“ Regulation 10/2024 ”), which has been in force since 7 June 2024.
