The Government has issued RegulationNo. 11 of 2006to fulfill the requirements of Article 4(2) of the Income Tax Law. The tax will be levied by Bank Indonesia (BI) as the interest payment agent for State Debenture Notes (SUN). The tax is to be levied at the time the sale transaction is finalized in the primary money market.
