Stimulus for the Horticulture Sector

In an effort to develop the horticulture industry, the Government has issued Government Regulation No. 25 of 2014 on Facilities and Incentives for Horticulture Businesses (“Regulation”). [1] To achieve this objective, the central and regional governments (“Government”) will provide facilities and incentives for farmers, farmer associations, individuals and businesses engaged in horticulture businesses (collectively referred to as “Stakeholders”).
