The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 13 of 2026 on Stock Exchange Shareholders (“ Regulation 13/2026 ”) to follow up on Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector, as amended by Law No. 4 of 2026 (collectively referred to as “ Law 4/2023 ”), [1] which mandates regulation of stock exchange shareholders by OJK.
