Indonesia’s Minister of Industry has issued Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 12 of 2026 on the Amendment (“ Amendment ”) to Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 1 of 2023 on Guidelines for the Utilization of Raw Materials with Import-Duty Tariffs Through the User Specific Duty-Free Scheme under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Korea (“ Regulation 1/2023 ”).
