The government has issued Regulation of the Government No. 27 of 2026 (“ Second Amendment ”) on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 99 of 2013 on the Management of Employment Social Security Assets, which was previously amended by Regulation of the Government No. 55 of 2015 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 99/2013 ”). The Second Amendment officially came into force on 29 June 2026. [1]
