Stricter Market Entry Incoming: Free-Float Hiked from 7.5% to 15% with a One-Year Maintenance Requirement

The Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) is currently completing work on a Draft Regulation (“ Draft Regulation ”), which will revise a number of provisions that apply to the listing of shares and equity securities other than shares issued by listed companies. Said listings are currently governed under Rule No. I-A (“ Rule I-A ”), which can be found under the Appendix to Decree of the BoD of BEI No. KEP-00101/BEI/12-2021 (“ Decree 101/2021 ”).
