With the ultimate goal of optimizing the management of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak–“ PNBP ”) at the Directorate-General of Minerals and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Directorate-General ”), the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources has now introduced Regulation No. 9 of 2025 on Procedures for the Imposition, Calculation, Payment and/or Deposit of PNBP at the Directorate-General (“ Regulation 9/2025 ”), which is set to come into force on 15 May 2025.
