Submission of Industrial-Related Data through SIINas is Addressed

As an attempt to further regulate technicalities relating to the submission of industrial and industrial zone data, which were originally addressed under Regulation of the Government No. 2 of 2017 on the Development of Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure  (“ Regulation 2/2017 ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2019 on Procedures for the Submission of Industrial Data, Industrial Zone Data, Other Data, Industrial Information and Other Information through the National Industrial Information System (“ Regulation 2/2019 ”).
