The Supreme Court (“ SC ”) has finally introduced a new framework for the implementation of the electronic court (“ e-Court ”) system through the issuance of Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”). Previously, matters pertaining to the e-court system were addressed under Regulation of the SC No. 3 of 2018 on the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceeding in Courts via Electronic Means (“ Regulation 3/2018 ”), which has now been repealed and replaced.
