Supreme Court Clarifies Technical Guidelines for Electronic Administration and Legal Proceedings in Courts for Cases Other Than Civil, Religious and State Administration Cases

Towards the end of 2022, the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung– “ MA ”) issued Regulation No. 7 of 2022 (“ Amendment ”), as an amendment to Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”). [1] Following the issuance of the Amendment,  the Head of the MA issued Decree No. 363/KMA/SK/XII/2022 (“ Decree 363/2022 ”) on Technical Guidelines for the Administrative and Legal Proceedings for Civil, Religious Affairs and State Administration Cases in Courts via Electronic Means (“ Guidelines ”).
