The Supreme Court recently issued Regulation No. 1 of 2020 on Prosecution Guidelines for Article 2 and Article 3 of the Law on Corruption Eradication (“ Regulation 1/2020 ”), in order to avoid any disparities emerging between cases which have similar characteristics and to ensure that prosecution is implemented by taking the principle of proportionality into consideration.
