Supreme Court Regulation - Procedures for Submission of Objections

The Supreme Court (MA) issued a Regulation,No. 01 of 2006, on 13 March 2006 that will impact significantly on the ability of the relevant parties from submitting their objections to the MA for any kind of judicial review of a decision handed-down by the Consumer Disputes Settlement Board (BPSK/Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen). The basic premise for the issue of this Regulation is that previous to its issue there are no regulations or guidelines relating to the submission of objections concerning decisions of the BPSK.
