Tax Incentives for Taxpayers Affected by COVID-19 Extended until December 2020

In an effort to boost national economic recovery through an extension of the granting of incentive facilities to taxpayers affected by Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”), [1] Indonesia’s Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 86/PMK.03/2020 on Tax Incentives for Taxpayers Affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Pandemic (“ Regulation 86/2020 ”), which has now extended the period for the granting of said incentives until December 2020 [2] (previously the granting of said tax incentives only extended until September 2020).
