The Minister of Industry (“Minister”) recently issued Regulation No. 14/M-IND/PER/2/2016 on Technical Criteria for the Importation of Used Capital-Goods (“2016 Regulation”).The 2016 Regulation has been issued in order to set further provisions relating to Minister of Trade Regulation No. 127/M-DAG/PER/12/2015 on Import Provision for Used Capital Goods, [1] which mandates that the Minister regulate the following matters:
