Technical Guidelines Introduced for Complete Systematic Land Registrations for the 2023 - 2025 Period

The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has issued Technical Guidelines No. 3/JUKNIS-HK.02/III/2023 of 2023 (“ Guidelines 3/2023 ”) for Complete Systematic Land Registrations (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap– “ PTSL ”), which came into force on 3 March 2023 and which should now be followed in relation to the activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Ministry ”), Regional Offices of the National Land Agency and Land Offices throughout Indonesia, particularly during the 2023 - 2025 period.
