Technical Guidelines Issued for the Use of Point-to-Point Microwave-Link Systems Which Utilize the Radio-Frequency Spectrum

In order to set in place an improved, simplified framework which addresses the utilization of the radio-frequency spectrum in relation to point-to-point microwave links (“ P2P Links ”), the Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2019 on the Utilization of Radio-Frequency Spectrum for the Purpose of Point-to-Point Microwave Links (“ Regulation 2/2019 ”).
