Technical Provisions on the Reassessment of Primary Parties of Banks Addressed

Issued as an implementing regulation to Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Financial Service Institutions (“ Regulation 34/2018 ”), the OJK has issued Circular No. 9/SEOJK.03/2019 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Banks (“ Circular 9/2019 ”).
