To facilitate the implementation of Articles 5(4), 10A(9), 11A(7), 32(4) and 43(4) ofLaw No. 10 of 1995as amended byLaw No. 17 of 2006on Customs the Minister of Finance (MoF) has issued RegulationNo. 70/PMK.04/2007. The objective of the Regulation is to simply clarify the conditions and procedures for approval as a customs and warehousing zone.
