Tender Conspiracy - Errors but No Breach

The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha / KPPU) has decided and handed down its decision in CaseNo. 14/KPPU-L/2006on allegations that Eka Nuri Consortium and BP Berau Ltd did not engage in a conspiracy as defined in Article 22 ofLaw No. 5 of 1999on the Prohibition Against Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (Anti-Monopoly Law). The allegations stemmed from a tender for Integrated Shore-base Management and Logistic Services.
