Termination & Severance Pay - Guaranteed Payments

The Government in an attempt to protect employees' rights to severance pay and to ensure that employers comply with their obligations to pay any severance pay due to a terminated employee is drafting a Government Regulation to this effect. It is the Government's belief that the best way to manage the severance pay system is to require that employers deposit these funds with an approved funds manager such as PT Jamsostek or some other pension or insurance funds manager.
