The Head of the Government Procurement of Goods and Services Policy Board (Kepala Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah) recently issued Circular Letter No. 2 of 2013 (“Circular Letter”), to provide explanation on the implementation of Article 89 (4) of Presidential Regulation No. 70 of 2012 on the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 on Guidelines for Government Procurement of Goods and Services (“Presidential Regulation”).
