Following the determination of the 2015 Jakarta provincial minimum wage with the issue of Governor of the Jakarta Special Capital City Region (“Governor”) Regulation No. 176 of 2014 (“2015UMP Regulation”), [1] the Governor has determined the minimum wage for specific industrial sectors under Governor Regulation No. 20 of 2015 on the 2015 Industry Sector Minimum Wages (Upah Minimum Sektoral Provinsior UMSP) by (“2015UMSPRegulation”).
