In line with the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 78 of 2015 on Wages, [1] as well as Letter No. 1/Depeprov/X/2020 on Recommendations for the 2021 Provincial Minimum Wage (dated 30 October 2020), which was filed by the Provincial Wage Council of Jakarta, the Governor of the Special Capital City Region of Jakarta (“ Governor ”) has now determined the 2021 provincial minimum wage for Jakarta through the issuance of Regulation No. 103 of 2020 (“ Regulation 103/2020 ”).
