The Constitutional Court - Supervision of and by Whom?

The much awaited Constitutional Court ruling on the conflict betweenLaw No. 22 of 2004on the Judicial Commission andLaw No. 4 of 2004on Judicial Powers. The matter was brought by 31 Justices of the Supreme Court who sort to establish the constitutional rights of each of the State institutions, particular the definition of judges and or judges that are subject to supervision of the Judicial Commission (KY or Komisi Yudisial).
