The Constitutional Court and Constitutionality - A Condition to Proceed

The Constitutional Court (MK / Mahkamah Konstitusi) handed down its decision in CaseNo. 011/PUU-IV/2006on the judicial review application concerningLaw No. 14 of 2002on the Tax Court. The MK has heard a similar case previously,No. 004/PUU-II/2004, where the MK rejected the application. This is of critical importance in understanding the MK's current position with respect to additional judicial review of the same material.
