The Granting of Tax Incentives for Taxpayers Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic Re-Extended until June 2021

Given the currently high Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) transmission rate throughout the territory of Indonesia, which is leading to many businesses experiencing a precarious economic climate, [1] the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) recently renewed provisions on the granting of tax incentives to taxpayers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic (“ Granting of Tax Incentives ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 9/PMK.03/2021 (“ Regulation 9/2021 ”).
