On 12 February 2013, the House of Representatives (“House”) passed the Bill on the Prevention and Eradication of Crimes of Financing Terrorism (“Bill”). The Bill is a follow up to the 1999 International Convention for the Suppression of Financing of Terrorism, which was ratified by Indonesia through Law No. 6 of 2006 .
