The term of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency Settlement Team (Tim Pemberesan Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional / TP-BPPN) has been dissolved through Presidential DecreeNo. 9 of 2006after having previously having had its term extended twice. The second of these extensions as contained in Presidential DecreeNo. 5 of 2005provided for an extended term which expired on 27 December 2005.
