The new Investment Law has been forwarded from the Cabinet Secretary to the State Secretariat. The Investment Law was apparently signed by the President on 26 April 2007 but is yet to be released as there are corrections to be made. This is an interesting development as the draft has already been approved by the House of Representatives (DPR) and signed by the President yet there are allegedly corrections being made.
