Government Regulation No. 32 of 2011 on Traffic Management, Impact Analysis, and Demand Management (“Regulation”) has been issued to optimize the use of roads, in order to ensure the security, safety, order, and smoothness of road transportation. The Regulation is also aimed at implementing Articles 93, 101, 102 (3), 133 (5), and 136 (3) of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation.
