Indonesian legislation is drafted in a way that requires the enactment of considerable amounts of secondary or subsidiary regulations to facilitate the enforcement or application of the provisions contained in the law. The Roads Law (Law No. 38 of 2004) is no exception. To facilitate the implementation of 14 Articles (6 - 11, 15, 16, 22, 28, 30, 35, 41, and 62) the Roads Law the Government has issued Government RegulationNo. 34 of 2006(Regulation).
