Three Activities Within the Water Resources Sector Require Permits or Approvals

In an effort to implement provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 121 of 2015 on Water-Resource Utilization (“ Regulation 121/2015 ”), [1] the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Permit and Approval Arrangements for the Water Resources Sector (“ Regulation 3/2023 ”), which has been in force since 24 February 2023. [2]
