The Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Decree No. KM 1041 of 2026 on Additional Cost (Surcharge) Amounts Caused by Fuel Price Fluctuations (Fuel Surcharges) for Economy-Class Passenger Fares for Scheduled Domestic Commercial Flights (“ Decree 1041/2026 ”). This Decree has simultaneously repealed and replaced the previous framework of Decree of the Minister No. KM 83 of 2026 (“ Decree 83/2026 ”), which addressed a similar area. [1]
