The Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 22 of 2020 on Provisions and Procedures for Calculations of Domestic Component Level Values for Electronic and Telematics Products (“ Regulation 22/2020 ”) in order to ensure a more effective calculation regime for the domestic component level (tingkat komponen dalam negeri – “ TKDN ”) values of electronic products and telematics products.
