The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 26 of 2026 on Procedures for the Collection, Withholding and Deposit of Cigarette Tax (“ Regulation 26/2026 ”). Regulation 26/2026 has now repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister No. 143 of 2023 , which bore the same title as Regulation 26/2026 (“ Regulation 143/2023 ”). [1]
