Traded Energy-Utilization Equipment Subject to Mandatory SKEM Marks or Energy-Efficient Labeling

The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 14 of 2021 on the Application of Minimum Energy Performance Standards for Energy Utilization Equipment (“ Regulation 14/2021 ”), which sets various provisions that address the implementation of Minimum Energy Performance Standards (Standar Kinerja Energi Minimum– “ SKEM ”) and that regulate the mandatory affixation of SKEM or energy-efficient labeling to equipment that utilizes energy (“ Equipment ”).
